WoodRidge Supportive Living Residence is a participant in the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services Supportive Living Program - a program designed as an alternative to skilled nursing care which brings affordable housing and a wide array of services to seniors 65 and older.

• Must be 65 years or older.
• May not have a serious or persistent mental illness.
• Must have negative Tuberculosis test result completed within last 90 days.
• Private pay rates available.
• Financial assistance available.
